Michelle has developed a highly refined set of tools that draw on her modalities of psychology, skills coaching, strategic intervention and experience with both individuals and corporates. She has trained through the Strengths Institute of Southern Africa and has completed Associate, Specialist and Executive Levels of certification. She has also completed her training in Youth Strengths Explorer.
Individual Strengths Coaching, Personal Development Coaching, Executive Development Coaching and Rapid Transformational Therapy is offered to clients both nationally and internationally and can be conducted via video calling.
